chore(release): bump version to v2026.4.117}
- Bump version from v2026.4.116 to v2026.4.117 in package.json, README, and all changelog/artifact footers - Add dark mode theme styles for dialogs, inputs, buttons, and toasts in style.css - Translate tab labels (addTab, personal, corporate, closeTab, cannotCloseLastTab, confirmClose) from English to native language in all 29 non-English translation files - Add v2026.4.117 changelog entry documenting translated tab labels, dark mode dialogs, and multi-account tabs docs
