chore(release): bump version to v2026.4.131}
- Bump version from v2026.4.129 to v2026.4.131 in package.json
- Update build version references across README.md, artifacts, and changelogs
- Add changelog entries for v2026.4.130 and v2026.4.131 releases
- Fix blank white screen on startup when language is set to "Auto" by resolving OS locale against supported translations in load.mjs
- Remove separator in language menu that broke the radio group, causing two checked items
- Clean up placeholder/draft changelog text from previous versions
