chore(release): bump version to v2026.4.132}
- Fix internal popup redirect ("set link") in new-window handler by
using registry.webview instead of null webview reference to target
the active tab's webview (src/electron/window/onenote/ipc/handler.mjs)
- Bump version from v2026.4.131 to v2026.4.132 in package.json
- Update build version across README.md, artifacts, and changelog files
- Add v2026.4.132 changelog entry documenting the popup redirect bugfix
