fix(ci): use host mode for arm64 snap build instead of LXD}
- Simplify arm64 snap build workflow by removing LXD setup steps
(lxd init, usermod, snapcraft provider config, sg lxd wrapper)
- Switch SNAPCRAFT_BUILD_ENVIRONMENT from lxd to host
- Add changelog entry for v2026.4.122 noting the arm64 snap build fix
- Bump version from v2026.4.121 to v2026.4.122
- Update version references across README, artifacts, and changelogs
- Remove temporary .changelog-prompt.tmp file
