- Add optional `language` parameter to `email_test` tool for localized test and result emails (en, hu, de, fr, es, it, cs, ru, zh, ja), defaulting to `en` - Update tool description to clarify that results are automatically sent by email, making `email_test_result` polling optional - Update README workflow to reflect automatic email delivery of results and document the new language parameter - Clarify that 23 individual blacklists are checked in result details
