docs: reorganize changelog into yearly archives}
* Split monolithic change-log.md into yearly archives (2019, 2021, 2023, 2024)
* Keep current change-log.md as a reference with significantly reduced content
* Update package.json version bump
* Simplify marked.js browser module (36 lines removed)
* Update documentation references in INSTALL.md, README.md, and other docs
* Improve maintainability by archiving historical changelog entries
