* Update package.json dependencies to latest versions * Regenerate yarn.lock with dependency resolution changes * Improve build workflow configuration in .github/workflows/build.yml * Expand README.md documentation with additional setup instructions * Consolidate 85 lines of configuration into 117 more organized lines
